Probate
Ms. Loggia assists and represents people who have been named in a will as a Personal Representative or who wish to be the Personal Representative for someone who has died without a will.
Probate services include:
- Preparing required court documents, such as a petition to be named Personal Representative, list of interested persons, notice to creditors, inventory of assets, and list of debts.
- Assisting the Personal Representative to convert assets to the estate account and to pay the decedent’s debts, after the court has issued Letters of Administration.
- Distributing assets after the expiration of the statutory period for the presentation of claims.
